The Scotch Plains - Fanwood PAL currently supports three football programs for pre-high school aged boys and girls.

Full Contact Football
? A competitive, traveling, full contact
program for various age and weight groups.
Flag Football
? A developmental, town based, non-contact program
for youths through the 4th grade level.
Cheerleading
? A development, traveling program paired by age
group with with the full contact football teams.
