Registration

Registration for SPF-PAL should be completed as early as possible

and must be completed before the official weigh-in date each year.

Late registrations for the Suburban Youth Football League are open each year

until October 1st, but you must submit a special request for a roster addition to

the SPF-PAL league representative.

When you are finished filling in the required information, simply return the form(s)
to either the Fanwood Police Department or the Scotch Plains Police Department.
Each department has a PAL mailbox for the collections of the completed form(s).
